Desde a sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o que a APTN acredita no valor da educa\u00e7\u00e3o corporativa, o que significa que sempre procurou manter um est\u00edmulo constante ao pensamento critico, ao envolvimento, e \u00e0 partilha de boas pr\u00e1ticas. Este \u00e9 um des\u00edgnio institucional muito forte, e por isso a APTN orgulha-se de organizar ininterruptamente um congresso t\u00e9cnico-cientifico anual em cidades onde o desporto em geral tem atingido \u00edndices elevados de desenvolvimento. Junto com os atores locais, este evento tem crescido em qualidade, dimens\u00e3o e internacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo atualmente um dos maiores congressos nacionais de t\u00e9cnicos de desporto e um dos maiores do mundo na \u00e1rea da nata\u00e7\u00e3o. Por efeito, o congresso anual da APTN \u00e9 um evento formativo habitual nos programas das cidades reconhecidas como cidades ou capitais europeias do desporto (ACES Europa).<\/span><\/p>

Este ano, nos dias 15 e 16 de outubro, a cidade anfitri\u00e3 \u00e9 Leiria, terra com hist\u00f3ria e tradi\u00e7\u00f5es reconhecidas, e cidade europeia do desporto em 2022 (ACES Europe e ACES Portugal). A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Leiria, junto com o Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico de Leiria (Escola Superior de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Ci\u00eancias Sociais – ESECS) s\u00e3o co-promotores desta 45\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o, que marca a retoma \u00e0 atividade formativa presencial ap\u00f3s dois anos de pandemia. A Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Nata\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o nosso principal parceiro do evento, no qual contamos tamb\u00e9m com o inestim\u00e1vel apoio institucional do Instituto Portugu\u00eas do Desporto e da Juventude (IPDJ), do Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico de Portugal (COP), do Comit\u00e9 Paral\u00edmpico de Portugal (CPP), da Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o de Treinadores de Portugal (CPAT), e da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Nata\u00e7\u00e3o do Distrito de Leiria (ANDL).<\/span><\/p>

A constru\u00e7\u00e3o do programa \u00e9 sempre uma tarefa complexa, sobretudo quando procuramos atender aos interesses das diferentes disciplinas aqu\u00e1ticas. Mas esse car\u00e1cter ecl\u00e9tico \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m o que caracteriza a marca \u201cCongresso APTN\u201d, onde a atualidade e a pertin\u00eancia dos temas \u00e9 veiculada por um vasto painel de oradores de excel\u00eancia. Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o inauguramos um novo formato, pois n\u00e3o existem confer\u00eancias plen\u00e1rias e a maioria das sess\u00f5es ser\u00e1 precedida por uma contextualiza\u00e7\u00e3o ao tema pelo moderador convidado. Adicionalmente, ser\u00e3o criados momentos de intera\u00e7\u00e3o com os participantes, proporcionando uma experi\u00eancia formativa reflexiva e por isso de elevado crescimento pessoal. Est\u00e1 aberta a possibilidade de submiss\u00e3o de comunica\u00e7\u00f5es orais (ou de posters), concurso que este ano volta a ser presencial. Regressa tamb\u00e9m a gala de reconhecimento do m\u00e9rito aos nossos treinadores e associados, que ter\u00e1 lugar durante o jantar oficial do evento, aberto a todos os interessados. A cerim\u00f3nia oficial de entrega do pr\u00e9mio ensino da nata\u00e7\u00e3o 2022 far\u00e1 igualmente parte do programa. Vamos fazer deste congresso um sinal de coes\u00e3o e de vitalidade da nossa comunidade t\u00e9cnica, porque juntos fazemos sempre mais e melhor pela nossa nata\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>
